Delivery Information

All orders will be posted via Royal Mail with 1st Class postage, to ensure quick delivery please order before 3pm for same day postage Monday to Friday only.

Any orders made after 3pm are not guaranteed to be posted on the same day. 

Royal mail aim to deliver all 1st Class mail the next working day including Saturdays but during business periods such as public holidays there could be delays so please take this into consideration when ordering.

When shipping to you (so you can send to the recipient yourself), your card will arrived in a large cardboard protective envelope with the card and envelope inside.

When shipping directly to the recipient we will send using the card envelope only.  

For greeting cards that you have chosen to send directly to the recipient, please ensure you have submitted the address correctly - Crafted by Roe Ltd are not responsible for any grammatical errors made. 

In the rare event that your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please reach out to us so we can investigate further.
