SHOPPING INFORMATION
All deliveries are subject to a £1.25 charge.
This is for 1st Class UK postage which is fulfilled by Royal Mail.
All orders will be posted via Royal Mail with 1st Class postage, to ensure quick delivery please order before 3pm for same day postage Monday to Friday only.
Any orders made after 3pm are not guaranteed to be posted on the same day.
‘Royal mail aim to deliver all 1st Class mail the next working day including Saturdays but during business periods such as public holidays there could be delays so please take this into consideration when ordering.’
In the rare event that your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please reach out to us so we can investigate further.
After your order has been received, we will create, package and ship your item within 24 hours.
If there is additional customisation this could take up to 1-2 days but we will ensure you are made aware.
You will receive a receipt for your order via email.
We are not VAT registered so you will not receive a VAT invoice.

Payment is taken immediately once you click pay now.
These are items you have saved on your account.
They could be items you like the look of or items that you may wish to purchase in the future.
Your wish-list is personal to you.

If your order is incorrect, please contact at hello@craftedbyroe.com as soon as possible.
As all of our products are personalised, once it has created the order cannot be cancelled.
