At Crafted by Roe Ltd, we hope that you are delighted with your purchases; however, if you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, we are pleased to offer an exchange or refund for any item returned within 14 days of receipt.

To facilitate a smooth return process, kindly ensure that all items are returned in perfect condition (unless deemed faulty or damaged in transit). Our team conducts an inspection upon receiving the return, aiming to prepare the product for resale.

This entails intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling, and products must remain unopened and unused (unless faulty). In the case of a return involving a bundle or free gift, the complete bundle or free gift must be returned; partial returns of bundle products cannot be accommodated.

To help protect your return during transit, we recommend using the original packaging provided with your order.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please note that exchanges can only be offered for defective or damaged items.

With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend obtaining proof of posting and, where possible, utilising a tracked service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
